Response Time

Our general standard is a 4 hour response time for partnered customer printer or toner issues at no extra charges within Colombo. Backup units are offered for laser printers when repairs to faulty units require more than 48 hours. Priority services are available for specialized customer requirements as well.

Spares & Warranties

Our products are covered by warranties against manufacturing defects. Products directly represented by us will be protected with spares and warranties for an agreed period. Our aim is to keep the customers’ Total Cost of Ownership as low as possible, with reliable products, good customer care, adequate spares and proper warranties.

Service Team

We have a dedicated customer support team with a fully equipped workshop for all kinds of repairs. All our technicians are well qualified and highly competent to address all kinds of device related issues. Our technical team offers an engineer who has obtained a Hewlett Packard service professional certification as well.
